hai ppl . idk wt to update but i hav to coz nuffnang adv baru keluar ! anw last tuesday i went to e gym , alone . been so long . all my stamina drop -.- usually i run like 10 mins . now !!! 3 mins plus plus tired already . nnti coach dtg balik aku mati . mcm mana nk lari 20 mins mcm gini . urghhh! den usually i carried 80 pounds now i can only carry 60 pounds !!! fml -.- n usually its 3 sets of 10 . but den now 2 sets of 10 . haiyo . den gt this group of hot plus MUSCULAR gym guys over there !! i bet they r frm s.m. hahaha n they help me !! .. i purposely like "excuse me hw to do dis ah " WHEN I ACTUALLY KNW HOW TO DO IT . hahahahhahahaha !! n they guide me thru . ala skli skala tgk2 muscular guys ok whut ! i hope kai doesnt read this if not i mati . lagi pon they r like SO OLD !!!! hahahahaha .so today i wanna head to e gym again . i wanna gain bck my stamina . den do abit of stretching . den practice on my scorpion . anw i can only hold my leg like for 5 secs bcos my hand is not strong enuff to carry my own leg . (actuali this is a big improvement for me yknw ! ) ... so ive to train more on my triceps heh . i want a dumbbell for my bday present pls !!! anw this is scorpion . just in case u guys wondering .. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
