![]() so today i wanna head to e gym again . i wanna gain bck my stamina . den do abit of stretching . den practice on my scorpion . anw i can only hold my leg like for 5 secs bcos my hand is not strong enuff to carry my own leg . (actuali this is a big improvement for me yknw ! ) ... so ive to train more on my triceps heh . i want a dumbbell for my bday present pls !!! anw this is scorpion . just in case u guys wondering .. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
