omygee!!! i love today training! aha! yay i lup cheerleading! i can see my passion is bck on track ^_^ and i want to loose weight pls! currently im 46.5 kg. got point sumore!!! hw fat is that!! so tk perlu!! i want 40 kg on the dot!! bt if im heavy i want it to be muscle nt fats! -.-V hahaha. well ive to stay fit! coz i wanna be in cheerleading squad. if i reach 50 kg im dead meat. ahahhaaha.

ohh dt time i ate mc spicy for breakfast. due to that night i was craving. BADLY I TELL YOU. ok WTF?! HAHAHAH. gonna put aside all those junk foods frm today on wards :)
